In May 2012, the Nuclear Energy Institute awarded Fermi 2 the U.S. nuclear energy industry’s top honor, the TIP (Top Industry Practice) award. Mid-American Group’s innovative, safety-focused solution garnered the award for Fermi 2 by providing resolve using a robotic dry ice system.
Fermi 2 was faced with the challenge of cleaning contamination from the difficult-to-reach HVAC ductwork. We presented them with the technology and man-power to complete the job safely and efficiently.

WATER STORAGE TANK LOCATION USING GPR
The GRP is equipped with radar that ties in the Global Positioning Satellites. This data can be transferred directly into Google Earth and the location and results of a GPR analysis can be stored and plotted on Google Earth to verify the exact location and depth of Underground Obstructions, and kept as a record for making drawings or documenting what is underground.
