X-PERT INDUSTRIAL COATING

We specialize in mobile industrial application of BASF products, utilizing a spray-on polyurethane/polyurea elastomer coating designed to protect and enhance the durability of materials. This versatile coating can be applied to virtually any surface, including wood, metal, brick, mortar, and block, with a thickness of 1/8″ or more. Once cured, the coating forms a seamless, flexible, and ultra-strong protective layer.

Key features of the coating include:

  • Flexibility: Withstands temperatures from -40°C to 160°C.
  • Durability: Abrasion-resistant, chemical-resistant, and fire-retardant (specific formulations).
  • Compliance: Meets EPA emission standards and USDA approval for secondary and incidental food contact.
  • Safety: Anti-skid and anti-slip properties make it ideal for containment applications.
  • Environmentally Friendly: 100% solids by weight and volume, solvent-free.
  • Potable Water Approved: Select products meet potable water standards.

This advanced coating provides unmatched protection and strength for primary and secondary containment needs, ensuring long-lasting performance and safety.

INDUSTRIAL DRY ICE BLASTING

The nontoxic dry ice blasting system significantly minimizes employee exposure to hazardous chemicals and other dangerous cleaning methods, reducing health risks and enhancing operator safety. For confined spaces and highly toxic environments, a remote-controlled robot can be deployed to further mitigate exposure risks, ensuring a safer and more efficient cleaning process.

FLEXIBLE PROCESS CAPABLE OF CLEANING VARIOUS SURFACES

Robotic or manual spray applications can clean industrial equipment directly on-site and in place. This method effectively removes contamination such as nuclear waste, grease, heavy slag, hazardous chemical agents, and sanitation residues. It is also gentle enough to safely clean flux from electric circuit boards, offering both versatility and precision.

REDUCED WASTE AND IMPROVED OPERATOR SAFETY

Eliminates secondary waste. Pellets simply evaporate, eliminating the high disposal costs associated with other cleaning agents.

The bottom section of the scaffold is designed as part of a modular system, featuring wheels for easy mobility and adjustable pegs to securely lock the scaffold in place, relieving the load from the wheels. This versatile design allows for flexibility and stability during use.

MAG employs this type of modular scaffold across various customer sites. A kit can be incorporated into the modular system to construct additional structures as required.

MAG has successfully erected and utilized freestanding scaffolds up to 250 feet tall for a variety of applications. Notable projects include 220-foot scaffolds for stack maintenance, sandblasting, and painting at Consumers Energy in Dearborn, Michigan. These projects demonstrate MAG’s capability to deliver safe and efficient solutions for complex industrial needs.
