X-PERT INDUSTRIAL COATING
We specialize in mobile industrial application of BASF products, utilizing a spray-on polyurethane/polyurea elastomer coating designed to protect and enhance the durability of materials. This versatile coating can be applied to virtually any surface, including wood, metal, brick, mortar, and block, with a thickness of 1/8″ or more. Once cured, the coating forms a seamless, flexible, and ultra-strong protective layer.
Key features of the coating include:
This advanced coating provides unmatched protection and strength for primary and secondary containment needs, ensuring long-lasting performance and safety.
Flexibility
Withstands temperatures from -40°C to 160°C.
Durability
Abrasion-resistant, chemical-resistant, and fire-retardant (specific formulations).
Compliance
Meets EPA emission standards and USDA approval for secondary and incidental food contact.
Safety
Anti-skid and anti-slip properties make it ideal for containment applications
Environmentally Friendly
100% solids by weight and volume, solvent-free.
Potable Water Approved
Select products meet potable water standards.
INDUSTRIAL DRY ICE BLASTING
The nontoxic dry ice blasting system significantly minimizes employee exposure to hazardous chemicals and other dangerous cleaning methods, reducing health risks and enhancing operator safety. For confined spaces and highly toxic environments, a remote-controlled robot can be deployed to further mitigate exposure risks, ensuring a safer and more efficient cleaning process.
FLEXIBLE PROCESS CAPABLE OF CLEANING VARIOUS SURFACES & REDUCED WASTE, IMPROVED OPERATOR SAFETY
Robotic or manual spray applications can clean industrial equipment directly on-site and in place. This method effectively removes contamination such as nuclear waste, grease, heavy slag, hazardous chemical agents, and sanitation residues. It is also gentle enough to safely clean flux from electric circuit boards, offering both versatility and precision.
Eliminates secondary waste. Pellets simply evaporate, eliminating the high disposal costs associated with other cleaning agents.
WATERBLASTING
MAG has equipment that operates over 20,000 psi with a variety of nozzles and tips for all different types of applications.
Used for:
Cleaning
Hydraulic Excavation
Cutting concrete / steel rebar for concrete column repair
CORE DRILLING
The Horizontal Drill is a highly powerful, nitrogen or compressed air operated drill.
Allowing for drilling at any angle, we use this drill for tap hole drilling on blast furnaces.
INDUSTRIAL SCAFFOLDING SERVICES
MAG is a certified scaffold erector with over 10 years of experience in scaffold erection. Our team includes scaffold erectors with specialized tower rescue and rappelling certifications, ensuring both safety and expertise in challenging environments.
Scaffold types offered:
We utilize a comprehensive management tool to track labor, scaffold components, scaffold types, cubic foot rates, and overall productivity, enabling efficient project execution.
Our services are extensively used at the DTE Monroe Power Plant, where our scaffolding solutions offer key advantages:
– Faster assembly and disassembly times.
– Improved cost efficiency, saving up to 20% compared to standard ground-up scaffolding.
MAG’s scaffold solutions are designed to maximize safety, efficiency, and cost savings for industrial applications.

The bottom section of the scaffold is designed as part of a modular system, featuring wheels for easy mobility and adjustable pegs to securely lock the scaffold in place, relieving the load from the wheels. This versatile design allows for flexibility and stability during use.
MAG employs this type of modular scaffold across various customer sites. A kit can be incorporated into the modular system to construct additional structures as required.
MAG has successfully erected and utilized freestanding scaffolds up to 250 feet tall for a variety of applications. Notable projects include 220-foot scaffolds for stack maintenance, sandblasting, and painting at Consumers Energy in Dearborn, Michigan. These projects demonstrate MAG’s capability to deliver safe and efficient solutions for complex industrial needs.
